NERR - North East Rating Rule

The North East Rating Rule is a system of measurement to produce handicap ratings for Offshore yachts.

NERR is independent of NECRA. It maintains and develops the NERR formula which is used to provide ratings for all of the local yachts. It has its own committee consisting of measurers from the associated clubs, together with a chairman and a handicapper.
It has recently designed a website to directly provide all yacht owners with the details of boats and their ratings.
