Members regularly cruise along our coastline visiting neighbouring ports and harbours.

Hartlepool is ideally located for short day trips to Sunderland and Whitby. Both of which can be accessed at all states of tide and have excellent marina facilities.

If you fancy sailing a little further then Blyth and Scarborough are still within a days sail and again have excellent marina facilities.

For the more adventurous or those with more time on their hands why not cruise up the coast to the Farne Islands or onto the Clyde. 

If you fancy a north sea crossing Ijmuiden is a good port of call. Scarborough Yacht Club organise a race each year and there is always a good turnout from Hartlepool Yacht Club.
