Friday night is Cadets night at THYC where under 18's take part in water sports all year round, sailing & power boating during the summer months & snorkeling at a local pool in winter! The emphasis is on learning through fun.

Younger members learn to sail in sheltered waters, the more competent learn racing techniques at sea & may take part in regional & national events.

Each summer there is an opportunity to learn powerboat skills & take part in The Honda Rib Youth Challenge - several of our cadets have competed at the national finals in Southampton!
